Who we are

umb.saatec.com is run by Saatec, Tbilisi, Georgia ("we"). For anything about your data, email support@saatec.com.

What we collect and why

• Project briefs. When you send the contact form we receive your name, work email, website and what you write. We use it only to reply and to prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract.
• Emails and calls. If you email us or book a call, we keep the conversation and booking details for the same purpose.

We do not sell your data, add you to a newsletter or use advertising trackers.

Services that process data for us

• Formspree receives contact-form submissions and forwards them to us.
• Cal.com handles call bookings.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become a project are deleted after 12 months. Client project correspondence is kept for as long as accounting and contract law require.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can object to how we use it. Email support@saatec.com. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
